Jess Solomon is an organization development practitioner, strategist, and facilitator based in Baltimore, MD. As the Director of Art in Praxis, she partners with mission-driven cultural institutions, nonprofits and social enterprises to build their capacity to be more strategic, creative and impactful. Jess has significant experience designing public programming at the nexus of social justice and cultural exchange. She holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University and B.A.’s in Communication Studies and African-American Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park. Jess is a National Arts Strategies Creative Communities Fellow, serves on the Executive Committee of Alternate ROOTS, and conspires with the U.S. Department of Arts & Culture.
